- Fees that have been paid cannot be refunded.
- Participants who have paid the conference fee but cancelled their participation will still receive a certificate and the right to publish articles in our proceedings (as long as they have filled out the abstract consent form)

Review Process
The manuscripts submitted will undergo a double-blind review process by the editors. The Editor-in-Chief will assign the manuscript to the editors based on the relevance between the research topic and the editors’ field of expertise.
